COPA is one of the first steel panel radiator factory applied the Lean Production and Management methods in Turkey.

Improving customer satisfaction, profitability and competition power is possible by reducing any wasting in our management and production system in a coherent way and by directing our resources to create more value.

Our employees including our top managers adopted to achieve operational excellence, to contribute into the improvement of social wealth as a principle by adopting this simple way of thinking and by spreading it into all our activity fields in conjunction with all our suppliers. Also, eliminating any wasting in the value chain and directing all activities to the purpose of creating excellent value for our customers is under the responsibility of our employees.
