COPA HOSTED SWEDISH CUSTOMERS AT ITS PRODUCTION FACILITIES
COPA Heating Systems hosted a group of 14 customers consisting of industry professionals from Sweden at its production facilities in Bursa NOSAB. The group visited both the radiator and combi boiler factories, examining COPA’s production processes, which comply with international quality standards, on-site.
One of the leading brands in the HVAC sector, COPA welcomed the Swedish delegation of industry professionals at its production sites. COPA’s Swedish dealers toured both the radiator and combi boiler plants to observe COPA’s innovative approach and high-quality products firsthand.
Having the opportunity to see every stage of the production processes at the factory, the group was also informed about the meticulousness and precision of the quality control and testing procedures. Accompanied by COPA’s production, export, logistics, occupational health and safety, quality, and R&D departments, the customers examined how eco-friendly and innovative COPA products are manufactured.
During the meetings, COPA shared a 2022 evaluation with its Swedish customers, emphasizing that significant success had been achieved through a high-quality and customer satisfaction-oriented service approach. Aiming to add more innovative and environmentally friendly products to its portfolio in 2023, COPA intends to continue its R&D activities and investments in this context.
