Our founder, M. Kemal Coşkunöz, was born in Bursa in 1921. He graduated from Tophane Art School in 1941 and Yıldız Military Transport School in 1942. In 1946, he began his professional career as a technical high school teacher at Tophane Art School.

With a visionary approach to improving everything he worked on and an entrepreneurial mindset, he established his own workshop in 1949, where he became the first in Turkey to produce forks, knives, and spoons using molds. He went on to pioneer numerous innovations in Turkish industry, including the production of the country's first patented textile marking machine.

Additionally, he initiated the mass production of battery clamps and contributed to the teams that manufactured Turkey's first oil seals, first steel chassis, and first driver cabins. Always a role model for his employees, "Kemal Hoca" (Teacher Kemal) strived to excel in his work, significantly contributing to the development of his country and the education of future generations.

As one of the early industrialists of the Turkish Republic, he grew his companies over time, adding value to the national economy. His contributions to society, particularly through social responsibility projects focused on education, continued until his passing.
