COPA REDUCES ITS CARBON FOOTPRINT FOR A GREENER WORLD
Focusing on sustainable resource utilization in its production processes, COPA Heating Systems has made a new investment in the solar energy system it commissioned at its production facility in Bursa in 2022. With this new investment, COPA aims to save energy for 3 months of the year by increasing its SPP (Solar Power Plant) capacity by 100 percent in 2023.
As one of the leading companies in the HVAC sector with its environmentally friendly, innovative, and superior energy-saving product range, COPA continues to focus on the use of sustainable resources in its production processes. This latest expansion took place at the production facility located in the Bursa Minareliçavuş Organized Industrial Zone.
While saving on energy costs within its production processes, COPA demonstrates its eco-friendly approach once again by saving 112,654 trees per year and providing a reduction in emissions equivalent to approximately 1,239,197 kg of CO2.
