SPX DAĞYENİCE ULTRA TRAIL TOOK PLACE UNDER THE GOLD SPONSORSHIP OF COPA
SPX Dağyenice Ultra Trail 2022, gold-sponsored by COPA Isı
Sistemleri as part of its support for sports and athletes, took place on June
4. In the ultra-marathon held against the unique scenery of Dağyenice Pond, one
of Turkey's most special routes, 1,500 athletes competed in four different
tracks: 6K, 13K, 32K, and 59K. While running through trails accompanied by lake
views, the athletes also enjoyed nature.
At the end of the race, athletes gathered by the lakeside
and enjoyed pleasant moments with music and various activities. In the SPX
Dağyenice Ultra Trail 2022, which started from Dağyenice and passed through
three beautiful lake views, awards were presented to the winners in a ceremony.
In the 6K Lake Track general classification, Edis Emiroğlu took first place for
men, and Ahu Kaya for women. In the 13K Fire Track, Hamza Karakaş ranked first
for men, while Ayşegül Akdoğan won for women. In the 32K Water Track, Can Ayaz
took the top spot for men, and Tülin Okyay for women. Additionally, the Copa
Running Team, formed by COPA employees, took its place in the marathon with a
70-person running team.
During the ceremony, winners in the 40-, 40+, 50+, and
paralympic categories across all tracks were also rewarded. COPA Isı Sistemleri
also gifted an air conditioner to one of the competing athletes.

prioritize standing by sports and athletes, Mehmet Besler, Chairman of the

to the world. Our company has supported, and continues to support, sports clubs
and athletes in many branches of our city. This year, we are very happy to be a
part of the SPX Dağyenice Ultra Trail 2022 organization held at Dağyenice Pond,
one of Bursa's natural wonders. It was a source of pride for us to take part in
this project, which we believe will provide added value to Bursa. 1,500
athletes from Turkey and abroad participated in the run, including important
national athletes. I would like to thank everyone who contributed to the
realization of this important organization.”
