Celebrating Loyalty and Excellence: COPA Seniority Awards
At COPA Heating Systems, "Value for People" is a
cornerstone of our corporate culture. In line with this vision, we are proud to
have held our annual Seniority Awards ceremony to honor the dedication of our
long-standing team members.
This year, we celebrated 24 esteemed colleagues who have
been part of the COPA family for between 10 and 30 years. Each award recipient
was recognized for their selfless commitment and the unique value they have
contributed to COPA’s global growth journey.
During the ceremony, our management team expressed their
deepest gratitude to each awardee, emphasizing that such loyalty is the
fundamental strength behind COPA’s success. We prioritize the personal
development and corporate belonging of every team member, as we know our
greatest achievements are built on their hard work.
