COPA Heating Systems Achieves Ministry of Industry and Technology Approved R&D Center Status
Institutional R&D Strength in Innovative Heating and
Energy Technologies
COPA Heating Systems has successfully completed the
evaluation process conducted under Law No. 5746 on the Support of Research,
Development, and Design Activities and has been officially authorized as an R&D
Center by the Ministry of Industry and Technology. With its extensive R&D
staff proven in various fields, physically defined R&D areas, systematic
project management structure, and continuous innovation-oriented activities,
COPA has transformed its R&D competence into a corporate structure.
The COPA R&D Center creates a difference in the sector
with projects focusing on new product development, increasing the efficiency
and environmental performance of existing products, and process improvements.
This status, gained following on-site audits and technical examinations by the
Ministry, supports COPA in managing its technological knowledge sustainably and
increasing its competitiveness in international markets.
Innovative Products and Projects Developed Within the Scope
of the R&D Center
Within the COPA R&D Center, a wide range of products has
been developed, from high-efficiency condensing boilers to pre-mixed boilers,
and from fan radiators with smart control systems to eco-friendly heat pump
solutions. While products such as E-lecto, Eomix Plus, Formax, and Ultimix are
among the completed R&D projects; projects for electric panel radiators,
fan coils, R32 refrigerant heat pumps, and a PCM-moduled heat pump project
carried out through university-industry collaboration are actively continuing.
With its R&D Center status, COPA aims to continue
generating value in both Turkey and global markets by strengthening its
innovative product development capabilities, focusing on sustainability, energy
efficiency, and eco-friendly technologies.
